Recently, our students finished out classes for the year! We are very proud of all of the students who persevered even when classes were difficult and challenging.
As you may know, the school year in Guatemala is a little bit different than the school year in the United States. Classes here begin in January and go until the end of October/the beginning of November. The normal break in the states over the summer is not taken here, but a longer period before Christmas and the new year is when their break is taken.
Now, we will be preparing for year end activities and getting ready for the new school year 2023. This year graduation is a little bit different. All of the students that are graduating, are going on to their next step of education in Love Guatemala! We will be celebrating students moving from Primaria to Basicos and from Basicos to Bachillerato
We are thrilled for all of our students and can’t wait for all that is going to happen next year. Be on the lookout for announcements as we reveal new things happening in the new year! We can’t wait to experience all that God has planned for us and we can’t wait for you all to experience it with us!
