Business Projects

Before the students can graduate, they have to present business projects and be graded on them. 

Each student in their final year of studies at Love Guatemala begins going through business seminars. This allows each of them to have an opportunity to learn how to succeed after they graduate. They are taught how to start a business, wether that be a restaurant for the cooking school students, a business that offers translators for the English students, or something unique that they think will do well. They are also taught how to maintain their business once it starts. 

Halfway through the year, they present their “rough draft” business idea. They are asked questions and critiques on the details as well as given advice on how to better it. 

At the end of the school year, they will present their final projects and be given a grade. We can’t wait to see all their work and their ideas!
