This past Friday we had the honor and privilege to see our students receive their diplomas at graduation. Each year is challenging, but this year, similar to last, was very difficult. All classes were online and students had to complete all of their work virtually. They each worked so hard to complete their classes!
In addition to the excitement that graduation brings, this year was even more exciting because it was the first year we had Basicos (Middle School) students graduate! The program started just months before the pandemic and despite all of the challenges that it brought, the students persevered to graduate this year.
This year’s group of graduates doubled the students from last year. It is such a blessing to watch as God grows our programs! We are very excited to see what next year brings.

It was a beautiful ceremony with a Bible message from Pastor Ben, a message to the graduates from Carlos, a speech from the lady who helped the Basicos program to become a reality, and a thank you speech given in English from one of our graduating English students. We are so grateful for the chance to have such a wonderful graduation!
