The feeding center has always been such a special program to us. It allows us to not only provide a meal for kids from the community, but also to get to know them and their families.
One of our kids, whose name is Antonio, is 10 years old and has struggled with malnutrition. His family is very poor and many time they do not have the resources they need. He has said that it makes him very happy to be able to receive the bags of food that Love Guatemala provides for his family. When the feeding center was up and running he enjoyed coming here every Tuesday and Thursday to receive lunch and the Bible story.
Even though he has many struggles, he is also just like other kids that he loves to play soccer and play with cars. It is such a joy to be able to see him and to see the joy and hope that he has!
