This past week we had our first staff seminar of the New Year. It is such a privilege to be able to come together as a staff and learn, especially when there was a time during Covid that we were not able to do that in person. It was especially special to introduce new staff members to our team at Love Guatemala!
The topic of the seminar was goals for the New Year and especially how to glorify God with those goals. We talked about the fact that it is not bad to have earthly goals, but the most important ones should be about God. We should want our number one goal to be having a closer relationship with Christ.
Another thing we did, is talk about the new plans and projects we will have in 2023. We can’t wait for all the wonderful things God will do during this year. One of the projects we are excited about is the new speech therapy program. We are also looking forward the the events that are coming up to help the ministry. Those include the Gala Night and a couple different sports activities. We can’t wait to share with you the different events as they occur!
We know that 2023 will be a year of growth and the continuing of leading our students to Christ! Please join us in prayer as we begin a new year at Love Guatemala!
