About 2 years ago we left behind a little money we had left over from our team trip to Guatemala to help a young lady begin her dream of going to cooking school. We left behind only $300. But just as God took the 5 loaves and 2 fish in the gospels and multiplied it, he did ng lady (Violetta) to school but was used to helped start a cooking school in which 12 ladies are now attending. 6 of these ladies will be graduating in October. This is a huge accomplishment! Many of these ladies have not even finished regular school and have been able to attend the cooking school for almost 2 years. We have been supporting this school and investing in the lives of these ladies for the last 2 years. It is time to Party! Our team that is coming down is going to help throw these ladies a big party! We are going to celebrate with them and show them how proud we are proud of their accomplishments. We are are not only going to have a graduation party and dinner but we are also wanting to give each of these ladies a start up loan of $300.
