Prayers for 2021

As we jump into a new year, we are overjoyed at the idea of all the things God is going to do in 2021! With that being said, we want to be praying continuously for what is to come.

The classes this year will be different than we had hoped, but we are still praying for students who are able to learn with us. For a lot of our students it is difficult financially to study this year, not because of Love Guatemala’s tuition, but because a lot, if not all, of the learning will be online again. Many students do not have internet in their homes and buying internet for their classes is not in their budget. This year, we ask you to pray with us for those students who have the great desire to learn; that they would have the financial provision to learn what they are passionate about.

As the pandemic continues, we pray for our staff, students, and community. Even though it is a new year, we know that there are still risks of people becoming ill from the virus. Thank God Guatemala’s numbers have been remaining fairly low, but we always want to be praying for the health of everyone here.

We also are praying for God’s continued provision for 2021. God is so faithful to us and helped us through 2020 in such wonderful ways. We ask that you pray with us for this new year as it will still be challenging for Love Guatemala financially. We are confident that God will keep providing for us!

Please also pray with us for our board members as they make decisions regarding this next year. They have done an amazing job working out details of 2020 and we are praying for the same wisdom to work out all that will happen in 2021.

Most of all, we are praying that God would continue to touch lives and help us to share the Gospel in uncertain times. We have seen the ways that even through a pandemic so many people have been changed and touched by God’s word and we are excited about the thought of that number of people being multiplied in 2021!

Thank you so much for your continued support and prayers for Love Guatemala. We know just how powerful prayer is and we realize that without it, we would not be where we are now.
