Leadership Training Graduation

We just graduated 51 students from our leadership training program!

This was an important event for us and we are so proud of all of these leaders. We partner with Guatemala Prospera which is a John Maxwell Foundation partner. This year Carlos reached out to a few other local ministries and was able to train leaders in two other places as well. Carlos, Katie and Rosario did the round table training this year and we hope to expand the number of leaders doing training and continue to help grow healthy leaders here in this community! As John Maxwell says, “Everything rises and falls on leadership”.

One of our goals is to make new leaders to lead people towards Jesus and the hope he offers.

We gave them diplomas for their hard work which were provided by Guatemala Prospera and backed by a local university.

After the ceremony, we had a lunch and served the students that graduated
