Give Hope

Creating Future Leaders

One of the things we  do as a ministry is not just train our students in a vocation or academic preparation but also we help prepare them to be leaders in their homes, professions and the community. We partner with Guatemala Prospera a John Maxwell Foundation partner to give our graduates a 30 week leadership training. We have seen the results of this training in helping our students learn about values and leaderships. They have gained more confidence and have become better students as a result.

These trainings always include some sort of dynamic when they are in-person. We do most of the training online and once a month we are able to do it in person.
We are teaching different teachers and staff  members  to lead these trainings as well.

Thanks for helping us continue to change lives and give hope. Leaders are being made and the community of Magdalena and beyond is being changed because of your support!
