BAKING PASTRIES
In 2011, the Cooking School was started because a young girl had a dream to attend cooking school. With the support of Indy Metro Church, Carlos, Telma and Antonietta (the first cooking school teacher) began the cooking school with only 4 students in Antonietta’s kitchen. Now the school has two different levels of classes and is a 2 year program. Students not only learn to cook and bake, but how to be prepared to work in any food related job.
