The Art School was started in 2006 by Carlos and Telma Lopez. They knew God was calling them to reach their community through their love of art. The school started with three students in a small space of their own. The school is now held in the Love Guatemala Vocational Training Center. The Art School is a three year program that helps the students to learn a variety of art forms including painting and drawing. The students graduate after 3 years and are ready to succeed as artists or even art teachers.
